A peek into my scrappy life.

Today’s layout is a little bit of a departure from my usual style, but why not try something new once in a while, right?

For the background, I put gesso over the middle of the paper and used different shades of blue gelatos, going over it with a baby wipe to blend. Then I added micro beads with gel medium to stick them. I also used some embossing powder to a few places. I wasn’t fond of the way the micro beads look, so next time I will add them more selectively, rather than scattered over a large area.

I used a May sketch from Stuck Sketches, turned it 90 degrees.
